The most common side effects of VyLibra include headache (migraine), breast pain or tenderness (enlargement or discharge), stomach pain (including discomfort or gas), vaginal infections and discharge, mood changes (including depression), nervousness, changes in weight, and skin rash.

The most serious side effects of VyLibra may include blood clots in your lungs, heart attack, or a stroke that may lead to death.
